The essence of Yoga is your union with yourself. The postures are a step on the way to the final destination - a deeply aware mind. The key is to keep moving forward and not stop at the postures.
 

As a Yoga teacher, you are in an extremely responsible role to help your students live a more fulfilling and peaceful life. By adding mental fitness to your Yoga class, before or after the postures, you will be able to help them work on their body as well as their mind together.
 

They will be able to take these learnings beyond the mat and apply them to the rest of their day, thanking you in the process.

How Will It Work?

Conduct your Yoga class like you do as usual

End it with Savasana if possible, and let them stay for five minutes.

⁠During that period remind them that Yoag (not Yoga) essentially is a journey to a deeply aware, calm and peaceful mind and now that we have worked on the body, we will now we will work on the mind.

Start the Contemplate session and help them be mentally peaceful, find answers to critical life questions in your Yoga class (you will learn how to conduct this session during your certification training)

Become a Catalyst of Peace

Overthinking. Indecision. Work life balance. Negative thoughts. 
 

Most of your students face one or more of these problems. By getting certified as a Contemplate mental fitness coach, you essentially become a Catalyst of Peace in their life. 
 

You give them something to take home (and office) after the Yoga class. You help them find the right answers on their own without providing the answers yourself. You help them find solutions to critical life situations without providing a solution yourself. You help them become independent and confident. Clear and peaceful. 
 

You become their Catalyst of Peace.
